I've always liked the rain. It rained the night I poured the first bottles of my first perfume, El Arroyo, which is inspired by the smell of the desert in Arizona after it rains. 

My grandfather was a farmer in Tucson. According to my father, "Rain is good" is what Tata would say.  It rained on the day of my grandfather's funeral. It rained the night my business was born. I don't believe it was a coincidence.
